Returns

Eligibility:

• Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number:

   • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Prepare Your Return Package:
   • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
   • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
   • Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
3. Ship Your Return:

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
• Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

• Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value, based on stock availability.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to Request an Exchange:
